I just tried to find some information about Add-On and after all these years, they claim I don't have an account with them. What's going on here! And when I try to follow their request to create an account, they don't recognize my e-mail address. What's going on there? Where is the problem?

sign in stated my password was not correct... sent confirm sign in email... not my ip address not even my city... and have issues with site I got on that I think has hacked my computer... paid for mylife.com and have called 6 times now... and same lady states she is all departments...and cannot get logged off site and states site is not secure... I have most limited knowledge of computers... and feel this is an extension of a hacking two weeks ago... had to pay micorsoft and still not completely restored... however, right now concerned about firefox and no one to help and microsoft will not.. and I cannot confirm sign in on Mozilla and I cannot change my password for some sort of protection... someone please.. this old gal is in a panic... this site https://www.mylife.com/idp-match-process.view?&bypassMatching=false&redirectURL=%2Fsite%2Fob%2Finit%2Fidentity-premium.view%3FflowId%3Didentity_flow20... do not understand any of this... however went into settings and blocked all I could until I can get some help .

I had to make a new support.mozilla.org account because I can't get into my old one. I'm not sure if I'm remembering my username right, and I don't remember my password (and it seems it wasn't saved in my saved logins). I've tried sending reset e-mails to all the e-mail addresses I might have used for the account, multiple times, but none of them have received anything. I've checked the spam folders, and I don't have issues receiving other types of Firefox e-mails.

Hi, I have a problem with login in to my Firefox Sync Account, after clean installation of Windows 10. I have not recall to enable 2FA in Firefox Sync i have never used it to activate account on my PC or Android Phone. I'm using 2FA to my Google Account witch is the email for my Firefox Sync Account. But supposedlyi did.

I have tried to use keys generated by Google Authenticator (witch is only 2FA token I use, not counting Facebook App, witch I use only for FB) but no success. I tried to use this link https://accounts.firefox.com/signin and then use proper password. Then there is an information to check email for confirmation link. I get no email, noting in spam nothing nowhere. I did add the accounts@firefox.com email address to protect it from spam filters, but nothing in 4 days, waiting for a miracle. 

In an act of desperation i did change the password for the account. And i received email to confirm this chance witch a did. The email was send from accounts@firefox.com e-mail, and it arrived in my inbox immediately.

Why i do not get the confirmation email?

Firefox is my default browser and I cannot download any attachments in my Yahoo email. I tries to sign into my Firefox account but it would not accept my password. I tried 3 times to do a password reset but I never received a reply to my email address. My email address is: ************@yahoo.co.uk. I had followed the Firefox help suggestions to fix my problem of being unable to open attachments of any format in my yahoo mail and cleared all of the Firefox Cache and Cookies. A blue folder appeared on my MacBook Pro laptop called "Old Firefox Data". Since this did not fix my inability to open any attachments in my Yahoo Mail (New Mail and not Classic or Yahoo Pro), I need help on what I should do. How do I return to my Old Firefox Data and Settings, fix my problem of being unable to open up attachments in my Yahoo Email and fix the problem of Firefox not accepting my account password or not sending me a link to do this? I do not know how to proceed and it appears that many of my settings are changed or gone. Even my default opening page of: https://uk.yahoo.com/ has gone. What do I do to resolve all of these issues. not receiving confirmation email and downloads are saving in wrong location and with the wrong extension

In the last couple of days, Firefox has started to save my download files in my download folder even after I direct it to save somewhere else. Also, all my downloads are being saved as sendcontent.php even though the file being downloaded has a different name and a different extension. For example, I download a file with the name: hole_hand_thumbs_up_800_clr_5983.png and instruct it to be downloaded to my desktop, but Firefox then downloads it to my download folder and changes the name to sendcontent.php

Every time I try to UNSUBSCRIBE from all your voluminous e-mails to me ............ .................. You say, and I've copied and pasted this from your UNSUBSCRIBE portal .... .............................. I get this reply from you ....... ..................................... VIZ. "This email address is not in our system. Please double check your address."

FIREFOX, please get your act together --- How can you tell me, FIRSTLY, that you've sent a message to my [redacted by moderator] because the email address is associated with Firefox A\C ....... .............. Firefox has my email as briannicholls846 at btinternet. - this is now incorrect as I changed it to nicknicholls1960 at gmail.

There seems no logical option to simply ....."change email address on my Firedox account" as in ebay/paypal for example. Could anyone please give me a quick, plain English fast track idea to achieve this?

Had to create a new account to get an email. Something is SERIOUSLY wrong.

I'm pretty sure emails to that account are not bouncing. Could you please unlock my account so that I can access my sync account through THAT email, which actually accepts emails as I've tested many times? (For example, this mozilla account is linked to the same email address, for which I received a confirmation email from Mozilla itself a few minutes ago)
