I updated Firefox last night right before bed, to version 65.0.1. I did not go to any websites after that.
This morning, none of my browser history from before today, 2/14, exists any longer.
I first noticed this when typing in a website I check daily, but I didn't have any autocomplete suggestions (normally I just type the first 2 letters and get a suggestion of the full site and I am able to just hit enter to go there).
Just now, I checked my history folder to find a site I have not visited in the last few months, but with no history before yesterday, I am not sure how to proceed. I believe my bookmarks are intact (I do not typically use bookmarks, but there are a handful present, and I did not create them today, so I believe they are from before last night's update).
I do use an add-on to record my open tabs, and it someone does go back longer than this, so maybe I can find some of the sites I used to have. However, I could really use the history feature, I have some stuff last summer I would like consult ASAP. I can verify that I have not manually erased my history, at least not going back before something I viewed within a given hour (I don't go back and erase things from say, yesterday, last week, last month, last year, etc).
Any thoughts?
