Hello, I am having trouble logging in to my Firefox account on my Android phone. Every time I try to log in, it shows an error and does not allow me to access my account.

I have tried entering the correct email and password, but it still does not work. My internet connection is working fine.

Hi, I am experiencing the following issues: Windows PC: When attempting to log in, I get a message stating, "Your account has been locked." Android App/Site: The page takes approximately 20 seconds to start loading. My phone is Xiaomi 14T Pro. Could you please look into this? Thank you.

Bookmarks folder still takes too long to open when adding and editing bookmarks. When is this going to get fixed? Or where can i download an old version of Firefox for Android that does not have this issue?

So Firefox needed to be closed on my Samsung tablet recently. {Galaxy S10 FE+}. After I reopened it, my tabs were all gone. They did not come up under "recently closed tabs" either. So I need to figure out where they are. With Firefox's new version, I do not see my devices listed separately. This needs to get fixed, too. I need to see the history for each device. How can I fix both of these, please? I've been all over the place, looking for answers. Thank you!

I am a long-time Firefox user. I am writing to express my frustration with a specific change introduced in Firefox for Android 149.

First, I want to be clear: the new main menu redesign is a good decision. Moving the core controls to the bottom of the screen, within thumb reach, is the right ergonomic approach, and I appreciate that work.

My complaint is specifically about the new tab tray layout.

In version 149, the Normal/Private/Synced tab selector has been moved to the top of the screen in direct contradiction with the philosophy behind the rest of the redesign. This makes one-handed use significantly harder, requiring an uncomfortable reach. The previous design kept these controls at the bottom, which was ergonomically correct.

I had previously managed to revert this change by removing the 'Android UI Redesign' study under Data Collection settings. Since version 149 has baked the new tab tray in permanently, with the Secret Settings toggles also removed, I am left with no option to restore the previous behavior.

I genuinely want to keep using Firefox it remains my browser of choice. However, if no layout option is added in a future update to restore bottom-positioned tab selector controls, I will be forced to switch to an alternative browser. Not out of spite, but simply because the current layout makes daily one-handed browsing genuinely uncomfortable.

I hope this feedback reaches the Firefox Android product team.

Often it take more time then usual to load a Webpage, website however I'm not a firefox user for a long time I recently switched to firefox from chrome because it was better in terms of privacy.chrome take less time to load the firefox,I had checked my internet connection many times as we as the my phone, laptop settings to improve the experience of my browsing it won't fixed till now this only issue I found since I'm not usual user so don't know much , thanks for listening till here .

I recently tried to customise the firefox icon on my phone (Android v14). The path: Firefox: Settings>Customise>Select App Icon

Unfortunately I have ended up with two duplicates of the firefox app icon (shown in image) that I cannot seem to remove. The only option shown is to uninstall which doesn't sound right

Is there any way to remove the duplicates or else revert back to the original icon?

Let me know if more info is needed.

I use YouTube on the Firefox browser. Previously, the YouTube search bar was black, but now it has turned white. As a result, when I type something, both the text and the search bar appear white, making it impossible for me to see what I am typing.

Secondly, when I watch a YouTube video in landscape mode on Firefox, if I exit the browser and then re-enter to continue watching, the video automatically exits full-screen mode. It starts showing the video along with the title and channel name again. I want the video to stay in full-screen/landscape mode even after I exit and return to the browser, as it would make it much easier to use. Currently, even though the screen stays in landscape orientation, the video itself drops out of full-screen.
