Hi, After submitting my first question, I got a prompt that the confirmation e-mail is sent to my primary e-mail. The problem is that I cannot open my primary e-mail because of outdated security protocol of the server. I can contact the server owner, but it might take awhile and it doesn't mean that I could open my primary e-mail after that. Also, if a confirmation e-mail looks like "Approve sign-in to Mozilla" one, containing the authorization code, the problem is that I don't see where to enter the code and I don't see instructions. After last upgrade, I restored an earlier profile to RESTORE my bookmarks and passwords.

I set my old profile as DEFAULT.

YET NOW, I have the highly annoying problem that when I open a link from my email, it opens in the profile-release new version.... I then again do not have access to passwords and bookmarks.

Mozilla Firefox should address these issues, rather than have MILLIONS of people individually trying to fix the problems that the latest release caused.

I'm afraid to close my browser windows or even restart PC like I often do; I'm afraid I'll have to waste another 6 hours (like yesterday) trying to restore the profile, bookmarks and passwords.

The employee who set up Thunderbird for us, has moved on to a different line of work & no longer with us. Her name is on all the emails and templates. How do I change these and how do I secure our emails from her use now that she moved on?

I edited & saved each and every Template earlier today. Then, when I went to check my work, nothing had changed.

Help me please.....and talk to me like I'm just beginning computers, because...I am.
