Can't print personalised content of a standard doc, eg promotional voucher although fixed elements do print

I have a voucher from a pub chain which shows on screen all the standard fixed information regarding the offer, plus all the personal details, eg name, ref number etc. When I try to print it only the standard parts are printed and none of the personal elements.

Try a print preview of the page, or it is possible to save the page as a local html page, by File > Save Page As.
