Since V 26: When starting Firefox, the Password Required Dialog comes up before the Browser does and then is Behind the Browser. Clicking on it in the Taskbar sometimes brings it up, sometimes not without restarting Firefox.. Can I fix this?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode and see if it still comes up. If you are in, go to Firefox Options > Security. Check if the Master Password is enabled.
