Under Window 7 64-bit OS, I've discovered that Nightly Build that is v23 to have scored best in "internet speed test" performance and results are close to my BW limit - I have a 57Mbps modem, in best scored cases of Nightly, it has achieved >54 Mbps. But once I updated my Nightly to be latest such as v28 or v29, the browser just lost its speedy edge in no time, its score in "internet speed test" is about 1.5 Mbps to < 2 mbps at best. If I switched to use Firefox v26, it fair no better outcome under 64-bit Win7 OS.

On the contrary, Win7 32-bit OS pose no such issue when running a 32-bit Firefox app in same test. It almost reaches to the speed limit at 54-55 Mbps.

Same under OS X 64-bit, the firebox reaches close to speed limit at 55 mbps. So what is the myth here ?
