I uninstalled firefox and installed it again and again I'm having problems, it crashes whenever it starts. What should I do?

Whrn I started to have problems with firefox, it started to crash when I tried to open it, afterwards I unistalled it.. I installed the latest version on the website and once again I had the same problem.. Then I tried everything I read about on your site and I was able to open it on safe mode and got this Crash ID: bp-1dfe4fe2-a116-4ed5-a885-c0a2a2130906

hello, it might be an issue with hardware acceleration - please try updating your graphics driver, or in case this doesn't solve the issue or there is no new version available at the moment, disable hardware acceleration in firefox > options > advanced > general while you're launching it in safemode.
