Everytime i click on a link a new tab opens or i have a popup. how do i stop this?
Whenever i click on a link i either get a popup or a new tab opens up. i have read previous posts/replies and none of those solutions worked. Can you please provide me with some guidance to stop this from happening? Im sure you can imagine how annoying this can be.

Hello,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

I just reinstalled Firefox hoping that would solve the problem. Thanks for responding so quickly. If problem continues after this reinstall then i will reach out again for a solution if your solution doesn'st work.
