(Error code: sec_error_reused_issuer_and_serial) not using Eset smart security
i am trying to hit the login page for two different units. I can always login in to on but i get (Error code: sec_error_reused_issuer_and_serial) now i an don't use Eset smart security at all and i did check the local certificates and both units use different serial numbers for thier respective certificates. I have been through the vendor support but they did not see an issue.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

See if you can remove those certificates in the Certificate Manager.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Encryption: Certificates - View Certificates
If this didn't help then try to rename the cert8.db file in the Firefox profile folder to cert8.db.old or delete the cert8.db file to remove intermediate certificates that Firefox has stored.
If that helped to solve the problem then you can remove the renamed cert8.db.old file.
Otherwise you can rename (or copy) the cert8.db.old file to cert8.db to restore the previous intermediate certificates.
Firefox will automatically store intermediate certificates when you visit websites that send such a certificate.
If that didn't help then remove or rename secmod.db (secmod.db.old) as well.

No issues with malware or antivirus so this did nt resolve my issue
I have tried to remove certs or rename the db as instructed but still having the issue
Check the connection settings.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network : Connection > Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
