menu bottom
my browser does not have a menu on the bottom and menu button on the top right corner. how can I get these bottom.

It is dependent on your device. The bottom menu is used on Android 2.2 and 2.3 as well as devices that have a physical menu button for Android 4+. In Android 4 Google changed the reference menu layout to not include a physical menu button.
