Don't have "Open New Tab" when I right click an open tab after Firefox 18 upgrade
I used to be able to right click an open tab and one of the drop down options was to open a new tab. Where did it go?

You can click the New Tab (+) button on the Tab bar to open a new tab.
The Tab bar is now a regular toolbar and shows the default toolbar context menu if you right click empty space.
If you right-click a specific tab then you only get a context menu for that tab and there is no longer a menu item to open a new tab.
You can open the Customize window and drag the New Tab button that shows as a plus sign (+) from the Tab bar on another toolbar and it will become a regular toolbar New Tab button.
You can also use this extension UI Fixer that adds back that option,amongst other ones,or this other extension that does just that New Tab in Tab Context Menu .
