When im just browsing on the internet, this message keeps popping up - no matter how many damn times i close it! I don't understand what plug -ins (etc etc) means, so please could you answer in the simplest way possible?

If this happens on multiple different sites, it could be caused by an add-on that is trying (failing?) to access the pages or modify itself in response to the pages.

You might just disable all nonessential add-ons here and then restart Firefox and see whether that helps:

orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Add-ons > Extensions category
orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Add-ons > Plugins category

Thanks for the reply, it seemed to have worked after i managed to fully close 'Snap.do' - this was add on from firefox itself.

Thank you for posting the solution. The snap.do browser add-ons are not official Mozilla products. Normally, you would need to install them after you install Firefox. However, if the Firefox installer finds add-ons already on your system, it might import them, so that could explain why it appeared to be included.
