How do I force Firefox (v7.x) to automatically reload pages?

In past versions, I could change a setting in the config file (unfortunately I lost my note) to force a page reload every time you visit a page. This is not happening now and I would like it to. Help please!

You can set the pref browser.cache.check_doc_frequency to 1 on the about:config page.
