lost orignal device, how do I add without it?

I created the original device, (as administrator) but then removed that log-in. Now I want to add a legitimate device, but the original or master no longer really exists. How can I recreate the original or master?

Thanks Xircal, that helped me add the device, as I had the key. Now when I have time I will reset to get the new master working.
