Did 'Bookmark All' go away? If not, where is it? If it did - WHY?

You can access bookmark all tabs by right-clicking on a tab, or use the keyboard shortcut Control+Shift+D
The option to open all bookmarks is still present, the "Open All in Tabs" should be at the bottom of the list of bookmarks for the bookmarks folder.
