Mozilla will not be making a version of Firefox for that phone, it uses a proprietary operating system developed by Samsung. The mobile version of Firefox is currently only being developed for certain Android based phones and for some phones that use the Maemo OS.

You will have to ask Samsung that, but I doubt if it will be possible.
