The Title bar is blinking randomly. When it blinks, I can not completely type a word or use buttons such as, Go Back, View, or Bookmarks. The blinking is as if it closes or tries to close itself. Also, when I roll my mouse over a link, it will blink. I fixed other problems reading the questions posted here, but nothing about this is on here.
