how do i get to my themes that i have downloaded?

1) You can disable or enable the themes in the Add-ons manager: Tools -> Addons -> Themes/Appearance.

2) You can view the theme file itself in 

Path/to/profile_folder/extensions/

The path to profile folder is explained at Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.

3) If the themes were downloaded but not installed, you can see the default download location at Tools -> Options -> General -> Downloads section.
