I'm trying to logon but I keep getting the message Firefox can't find the server at frameset.next.ecollege.com

I am able to log on the internet and other secure sites but when I get to the link to click on my course...that is when the server not found message pops up. Please Help. Thanks

I had this problem too but finally figured out the fix: 1. Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc 2. open up your Hosts file with notepad 3. add the line "159.182.167.79 frameset.next.ecollege.com" to the end of the file, save it and then restart the computer.

Note - Sometimes the hosts file won't save and will give you an error. Search google for "hosts file won't save" for various solutions to that problem. Or you can download and edit the hosts file with a specific hosts editing program.
