Received this error message, webpay2.fundsxpress.com uses an invalid security certificate.

When accessing my on line banking site today an error page appeared. The heading of the error page was : 'This connection is Untrusted.' Under Technical Details: ' webpay2fundsxpress.com uses an invalid security certificate.' 'This certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.' (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

I have contacted both the on line banking service and Firefox and they are pointing fingers to the other one. What needs to be done to fix the issue?
