restore awesome bar with green arrows

Duplicate post, continue here - /questions/762209

First line of browser has no File, Edit, View, etc. Next line down has no Back green arrows, or "home" icon. First line currently shows, Most Visited, Latest Headlines, Getting Started. Want to Restore to Basic version with Green Back Arrows and Home icon, And awesome bar. Also, ran Google Images, went to bottom of screen and selected Restore Basic Version.. Nothing changed.
