Firefox hangs logging on to credit union, but works using internet explorer.

Disabled Norton Firewall and anti virus. Deleted cookies and cache. I don't get any error messages -- firefox justs hangs for a long period of time and eventually does load the logon page. I can load the home page of the credit union, but hangs when trying to log on to enter ID. It works about a 4 minute wait.
