How to run Firefox extension Pencil?

I have downloaded and installed the Firefox (ver 3.6.7) add-on Pencil, which is supposed to provide support for making simple drawings and associated text annotations. But I am unable to use the sme as I don't know how to invoke the same. Please help me by giving me the information as to how I can invoke and use the add-on. By the way this also is a matter of concern for several other add-ons downloaded and installed. So I would be highly thankful for an answer covering all such add-ons. Under the Firefox "Tools" menu, select "Pencil Sketching..." . This will open the add on for you.
