I cant update fire fox or thunderbird

when I start Firefox and thunderbird i get a message that update failed. Today my thunderbird is giving me a message that my inbox is full and i cant read the email with it. I do have an alternate way to access the email with web mail

Every time Firefox opened

Thankyou, for choosing Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird for your updating issue, instead of updating go directly to the mozilla homepage found at www.mozilla.org and click downlaod that will then downlaod and install the new version with no need to update, with Thunderbird check your deleted items folder for any deleted messages than your haven't permantely delted please reply if this continues.
