Need to click twice on buttons within Flash

I've noticed that every time I need to click on something within Flash, it takes two clicks instead of just the one it should.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

I never heard of a problem like this, but have you tried updating or reinstalling the Flash plugin? Hopefully that will fix the issue.
