Flash plugin support is included, but disabled by default because it makes the browser unusably slow on many sites. This will be fixed in a future version.

For now if you want to enable Flash support on YouTube only, get the YouTube Enabler add-on.

To enable plugins on all sites, type "about:config" in the address bar, search for "plugin", tap on "plugin.disable", and press Enter on your keyboard to change it from true to false.
