You haven't attached any troubleshooter data to this post. What is your antivirus/security software and what happens if you disable it (or its web/HTTPS features)?

Other than that, the best thing to do is to compare in Private Window, Troubleshooter Mode or creating a separate testing Profile to see how existing site data impact that.

The steps to go through are from the easier to the complex ones:

  1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield Fx89ShieldIcon icon in the left part of the address bar.
    • If ETP is enabled, try disabling it.
  2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache.
  3. If it does not help, try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website).
  4. If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. If the problem doesn't persist, please follow the steps from this article to troubleshoot further.
  5. If nothing from the above helps, try creating a new Firefox profile and check if the issue persists there. If it doesn't, you can start copying files from your old profile to the new one to identify which one causes the issue. See this article on what files to copy.

Hey Thank you for your help!

If after doing step one:

"1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield Fx89ShieldIcon icon in the left part of the address bar. If ETP is enabled, try disabling it. "

It's working What can I do or need to do for the future

I be happy for your help please All the best

Well the actual advice would be … once it starts working for you, I'd wait a few days and then try switching it back to the default setting, to see if there's any impact.

The thing is, all these platform deliver changes multiple times a day, selectively to parts of population, to test and verify things, and bind that to user accounts. So you might have been in a cohort that had extra tracking added by them for a feature or an experiment measurements — and that when ignored for privacy in the browser might have unexpectedly stalled the app state.

Chances are, in a few days, the same script won't be there, or the functionality won't be blocking the loads, so it's worth just flipping this back to the default value in a while.
