Hi there, I’m sorry you’re having trouble — that’s definitely frustrating, especially if Firefox used to work just fine.
Let’s try a few easy steps to get it working again:
Restart your computer – sounds basic, but it really does fix a lot of things.
Update Firefox – open Firefox, click the three lines in the top-right, choose Help > More troubleshooting information, and check for updates.
Clear Firefox’s cache – three lines > Settings > Privacy & Security > scroll down to Cookies and Site Data > click Clear Data.
Try disabling add-ons – sometimes an extension breaks things. Three lines > Add-ons and themes > disable anything you don’t recognize.
If it still won’t open:
You can reinstall Firefox. Go to firefox.com, download it, and install it. Your bookmarks should stay safe.
None of these steps require any “computer college” knowledge — just follow them one at a time.
If you’d like, tell me exactly what Firefox is doing (won’t open, pages won’t load, etc.), and I can walk you through it step-by-step.
