Hi, AFAIK there's no extensions in Focus for iOS. There's only tracking protection, see Tracking Protection on Firefox Focus for iOS.
Click the three lines on the top right, then go to Add-ons and themes → Extensions. You can add an ad blocker like uBlock Origin from there. 👍

Firefox Extensions are only available for desktop Firefox on Windows, macOS, Linux and for Android Firefox.
