No sound, thought speakers went bad. Bought a microphone and still no sound. How do I do Doxy.Me or Zoom without outgoing sound?

Windows handle sound output so check your setting in both Windows and Zoom. Zoom works for me. see screenshot
Check setting with zoom test. https://app.zoom.us/test Post screenshots showing what windows and zoom are using for output.
