You appear to be running a Firefox 115 ESR version. To get this error on trying to install a Extension into Firefox may likely mean you are using older Firefox 115 version as in 115.12.0esr or older.

If you are not running Firefox 115.13.0esr or later like the current Fx 115.23.0esr then you can run into this error as explained in this KB article https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/root-certificate-expiration
