I am using the Firefox browser version 138. However I am not able to use the Tab Groups from firefox. I cannot add any Tabs to any group as there is no option for that.

Thanks for your excitement for Firefox's Tab groups in Firefox. The feature is being released gradually started from version 137. You may expect to see the feature by May 6, 2025. However, if you don't want to wait, you may refer to /questions/1508899#answer-1729385 for steps to enable it.
