I hope you are well. I would like to recover the passwords I previously saved in Firefox, but I am now finding it difficult to access them after deleting the old Windows system and installing a new one.

That is beyond Firefox browser user help forum. And since you wiped clean the drive for install there nothing any users here can help.
But I logged in on the browser with my email, I thought it would sync with the account data when I logged in with my email
