Unless there is a list of the site no one will know what to look for or expect to see? As also screenshot of the issue would help others verify if they get the same issue or not.

Hi Michele, what happens when you try to log in? For example, does the sign-in form seem to submit successfully, but when it returns you to the site, you are not signed in?

One possible reason is Firefox's "Total Cookie Protection" feature, which limits how sites can use "third party" or "cross-site" cookies, meaning cookies from different websites than the one you see in the address bar. Some sites pass you back and forth between different servers during login because they have their services spread out over a number of different servers. In those cases, you might be able to submit a form successfully on one page and then the next page says you are not logged in. Frustrating!

You can make exceptions to this feature when needed (for each server that you visit as part of the process of using this company's services). Try clicking the shield icon at the left end of the address bar (next to the lock). On the drop-down, click the blue slider switch to disable protection. Repeat on the bank's other servers and you encounter them.

I will try to log into my bank website, and it will then kick over to having to enter a passcode (from email) that I never receive. Somewhat like you explained above. That happened yesterday. I called the bank to find out why I couldn't log in and they had no idea of course. A week or so ago I tried to log into Nespresso, and the same thing happened. It wouldn't let me log in. I can open them both easily in Chrome (which irks me to no end). The cookie protection makes sense though. I will look into that. I think this is resolved.
