Can't browse anything on Firefox

Getting the following message on any and all websites... please help. I have no Firewall installed. First time this is happening. I deleted all extensions, still showing so. Google Chrome is working fine implying no internet issue.

"Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at support.mozilla.org.

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)"

Show us something. Did you reboot? What version of Firefox? WiFi or LAN? What OS? If Linux, what Desktop and are you running and X11 or Wayland?
