When playing videos in Firefox (on YouTube and other websites), the video is consistently delayed by about a second.

-This issue is NOT present in Chrome -This issue is present on both my PCs, both running the latest version of Windows 11 and Firefox -I've cleared my cache and cookies and reinstalled Firefox with no change -I've applied the recommended settings from this article with no change.

Note that the AUDIO appears to be in sync, the VIDEO lags for a bit and then remains noticeably behind the audio. Any advice would be appreciated.
