Hacked Account
Someone logged into my account this morning around 0732 ET. My account was compromised. There are virtually no tools to see if I had any logged passwords or bookmarks that leave me vulnerable to further damage. - I can’t view access logs to see if my account was legitimately accessed or if I just got a phishing email (it’s uncharacteristically good if it’s phishing: looks identical, spoofed source, real IP reported) - There’s no note of sent emails that can give me confidence in email links (they don’t look useful anyway) - I can’t see if any saved passwords have been removed with a timestamp - I can’t see if bookmarks have been removed - I cant even report the compromised account
The lack of support built into the application is a real security concern. I stopped using FF for the time being. I don’t know if I feel safe using it in the future. It took my a while to reset my password. I think I’m good now but some logs or some sort of fraud response would go a long way.

It is possible that nothing is wrong assuming that you didn't click any links or buttons in this mail as there have been so far two other questions that reported a similar issue. This looks more like a phishing attempt.
Note that you should never click a button on such a pop-up/email, but always either go to the Firefox account Settings page ("https://accounts.firefox.com/signin") or use "Settings -> Sync" to check the activity.
