Hi guys. I really want to ask Firefox developers to add the ability for #main-window to support transparency - background color: transparent .

Any attempt to add transparency, or color with an alpha channel breaks the increase and decrease of the window, and the borders of some windows have bugs. When adding a normal color to the background, everything remains correct and works fine.

PS: I mean css customization. html id="main-window" css #main-window

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select either Share ideas and feedback… or Submit feedback…, depending on your Firefox version. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.

If your looking for something transparency like Windows 7 and removed after Windows 10 that is a tall order. And only way would be a rewrite of the System O/S to allow for that feature. So unless someone from GitHub that wrote a chrome.css that does this - it won't be a quick rewrite and probably cost some form of payment fund for someone to do this.
