Hello.

Using FF 100.0 on Win 10. When I click a link to something that I don't want Firefox to open, like PDFs, I get the "What should Firefox do with this file?" dialog. If I select "Open with," as I usually do, the file opens in my selected program, but still downloads to my desktop. Some filetypes just open, I don't get that dialog. Those download to my desktop as well.

I've not noticed this behavior before. Maybe I inadvertantly changed a setting. Can someone tell me how to stop this from happening?

Thank you.

There have been changes to how viewing and downloading files work in current releases. Unless you set "Open in Firefox" for PDF then all files are downloaded to the folder set in "Settings -> General -> Downloads".
