Synchronization problem while trying to open Firefox exe from SAP

We have synchronization problem while trying to open Firefox exe from SAP. In the lower versions of Firefox (like v45) it is working well but in latest version it is not. Scenario : In the lower versions when we open the Firefox and loading the website, the control goes to website from SAP(The background SAP window act as disabled) and return back to SAP only after closing the Firefox window. But in latest version it is running in different thread. Is there any setting in new versions to enable old feature/ How to manage this in new version?
