Firefox web browsing is glacial/not working (out of nowhere)
Hello, I have not been having any issues with Firefox for about a year. Yesterday morning, when I came into the office and loaded up Firefox the same way I had been for a year, it was not behaving in the way I would expect. Web pages were not loading and I wasn't able to 'refresh' pages in the normal way. Firefox is basically unusable for me at this point. Do you use Webroot (security software)?

THANK YOU!!! I do use Webroot and tried the compatibility mode solution in the first question you linked to and that worked. Yay!
