Firefox not syncing after reinstalling Windows

Hi,

I reinstalled my Windows from Windows 10 Home edition to the following: Windows 10 Enterprise N LTSC.

I cannot sync my bookmarks in Firefox since I reinstalled Windows. It just keep syncing and does not sync. I am logged in the browser with my Firefox user.

What could be the issue?
