Two days ago firefox stopped working with most of my offices local intranet sites. It either doesnt load at all or loads so slowly its not practical to use. I have refreshed multiple times and that works for about an hour before it goes back to the initial slow behavior. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. I have uninstalled all plugins and addons with the same result. I really do not wish to stop using firefox after so long but I am at the end of my knowledge on how to rectify this . Any suggestions are helpful.

Hmm, what could be changing after an hour? Does Firefox mention turning on DNS over HTTPS? You could make sure that is disabled in case it interferes with accessing local sites in a timely manner. More info: Firefox DNS-over-HTTPS.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

You can check the Timings in the Network Monitor to see if that gives a clue about what is going on.
