Still Cannot Install Firefox

I could not get above to start at all.

With that I tried another run at the download in your promotion. Like before the progress monitor stopped just short of the finish.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong in simple terms and / or if I need to take other measures.

Go to the top of any support.mozilla.org web page and press your user icon to see your Mozilla profile. Including your questions and answers.
