That underlined character is the access key that you can press to quickly access a specific item in a (long) context menu. It is not possible to disable/hide this underline.

Hi cor-el I didn't know what was the underlined character for,now I did.It seems quite essential for daily work.So that's fine. Thanks for your advice.
