Registered Device Not Syncing Open Tabs

I am signed into my Firefox account. The device name is listed, Syncing is ON. I've set the items to be synced; Bookmarks, open tabs, Logins and passwords, addresses, add-ons, and Setting. Yesterday I did a Sync and when I got home I could not see the device or the open tabs.

What am I missing? Pat
