change favicon of bookmarks

i know the developers have so much to do and they even work on other projects but out of sheer laziness, i want to set, not change, but set favicons for bookmarks who don't have a favicon. these bookmarks lead to pages where no favicon ist.

the favicon i want has it's own url and is somewhere in the internet as png.
