Lost my history after restarted my computer

I was in the middle of research that I have been doing for more than 2 years, restarted my computer and poof ALL HISTORY GONE, no option to restore or anything!

What about the rest of your profile? Settings, bookmarks, history, passwords . . . .


Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.

My bookmarks and everything are there. Just my tabs and history were deleted.
