there are some websites that FF sometimes cannot load them or if it load them it keeps showing that spinning indicator like it still incomplete. but with using a vpn(any) it loads them fast and perfect! meanwhile other browser chrome, edge,IE all can load these websites with no problem and without needing any vpn.

any idea what causes this strange problem? -checked network setting to use no proxy -disabled add-ons -refreshed FF -re installed FF -created a new profile

none of the above solved the problem.

here is an example of a site that has this problem: https://exnovin.io/

Hi,

My Firefox loads it completely fine. I noticed that edge loads it a bit faster than FF enable DNS over HTTPS and try again. hamburger menu -> options -> scroll all the way down -> network settings -> click settings -> scroll down and tick DNS over HTTPS and try to load that website

It is possible that (anti-virus) security software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

You can do a malware scan just to be sure.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.

You can create a new profile as a quick test to see if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
